Windows storing cache of other browsers

I had IE 8 on my pc (as part of Windows 7 64 bit), and uninstalled it because I prefer other browsers.  After uninstalling, it defaults back to IE 7 which I also uninstalled.  Why is it when i clean my cache with Tune-up Utilities, it still shows Internet Explorer having a cache on my computer?  I can't find any components of Internet Explorer anywhere on my computer.

 I'm not a computer expert by any stretch, but I just want Internet Explorer GONE.  Any suggestions?

P.S. - I followed the instructions for uninstalling IE right from the Microsoft website.....
