IE10 install on Win7 issue

Hi,

As you know, IE10 (preview) is now available for Win 7.

But after install, when I open IE,
 - firstly, Internet Explorer has stopped working (Windows is checking solution to problem)
 - then, prompts Internet Explorer has stopped working (Debug or Close Program)

If select Close Program, the issue repeats as IE will try to recover (like infinite loop)
If select debug, visual studio runtime just show "unhandled exception in iexplore.exe access violation writing location".

Un-installing IE10 don't work because the issue persisted back in IE9.
Re-installing IE9 don't work because the IE9 installer does not allow installing over IE9 and does not have repair feature.
Running (MicrosoftFixit.IEPerformance.MATSKB.Run.exe) only fixed a DEP issue (Disabled to Enabled).
 - DEP for my Win7 was always the default value

Any help is appreciated.

-Will
