Automatically Enable My Toolbar as soon as it is Installed in IE 8 and IE 9

Hi,

I have created a toolbar for IE, this toolbar extracts all the text in the current active browser,do some processing and highlights the selected text in browser. When i install My Toolbar in machine which has IE8 and IE9. The Toolbar is not automatically coming up, i have to manually enable the Toolbar. This is not in case of earlier version of IE.

Please let me know what code or registry entries changes to be made to make My Toolbar comeup automatically after i install it.
