internet access

I have two HP laptops. 1 is a HP Pavilion g7-1167dx Notebook PC. The other is a HP Pavilion dv7-3065dx Notebook PC.

I resonantly change my internet provider from DSL to Comcast. On the g7 everything worked fine.

On the dv7 there is a problem. According to the Network and Sharing Center I am connected to my network but I have noaccess to the internet. I compared all of the settings on both laptops and they are the same. I’ve rebooted everything 2 or 3 times nothing seems to work. The dv7 works fine on a public network.

Am I missing an option somewhere?
