I am trying to set up a kiosk computer with ie9 in kiosk mode. I only want the user to see and use ie9 for a couple of web sites. I'm trying to lock down entry points to Windows Explorer. However, the user can press CTRL+J to access the "View Downloads" window
and can then click Options to access Windows Explorer components. This is not acceptable. This should easily be fixed by a GPO setting to disable the "View Downloads" window, but I cannot find a GPO setting to disable the View Downloads window. I also cannot
find a way to lock down the Options choice from View Downloads, but it would be better to just stop the View Downloads window. Any ideas on how to disable or prevent the opening of this "View Downloads" dialog box?
