IE 9: text cursor issue

I have IE9 / Windows 7. It's very difficult to type text into text fields in IE because the text cursor keeps disappearing. I cannot navigate through the text properly with arrow keys because the cursor disappears or is shown to be stayed in the same position, although in fact it's been moving invisibly. If I press any key on my keyboard, the text cursor appears in the correct place.

There is no such problem in other applications including Notepad.
