I have a Zebra GX420T desktop barcode printer that is having issues printing through Internet Explorer 9. The latest printer driver has been installed from the Zebra website. We also use the "Generic/Text Only" windows printer driver to send the ZPL (Zebra Programming Language) Code to the Zebra printer and print the barcodes correctly. If I print the ZPL code from Internet Explorer 8, then the barcodes will print and they are formatted correctly. However, if I try to print the same ZPL code using Internet Explorer 9, the barcodes will print but they are not formatted correctly. Since the ZPL code will print correctly using Internet Explorer 8, this leads me to believe that the issue is with Internet Explorer 9 and not the ZPL code being used. I was wondering if there are others out there experiencing the same issue and if there is a solution. I contacted Zebra and they believe that this is a Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 issue. Is there a patch for this available? I appreciate any help that you can provide.
Thanks,
Matt
