IEAK 8 question

Hi,

I built an install for IE8 using the IEAK to upgrade computers from IE6 to IE8. In the IEAK I did not let the computer re-boot itself after the end of the installation. One odd behavior I noticed is that if you double click the icon it actually creates a new shortcut, but does not launch. Keep clicking the icon and it will keep doing the same thing. Now I know there is some things that need to get done to finalize the install and that is why its best to let the system re-boot. I can't recall (could be wrong) that you could put up a custom message asking the user to re-boot or you could force a re-boot. I think you get a non-customizable message from Microsoft with a countdown timer. Anyone have ideas and I am curious to know if anyone has seen the icon keep placing new shortcuts whenever the original was double clicked? I do know once the re-boot takes place everything is fine and the behavior I described no longer continues.
