I can't get IE8 to stop recovering webpages. It doesn't matter which webpage. Also, I can't start IE8 without add-ons because it isn't listed in Accessories or on my desktop; right-clicking does not display the option. I also tried to
set the homepage to blank ... to no avail. I'm using Firefox to report this problem, but don't like to use Firefox because it reboots my computer without cause. I need IE8 for most everything I do; please help! If I could reinstall IE8, that
might help, but where do I find it? Never mind, I found a place to download and reinstall IE8, but that didn't help. Oh, just so the software doesn't keep looping to open a webpage, it finally quits and says the following: Internet Explorer has
stopped trying to restore this website. It appears that the website continues to have a problem. NO, IE has a problem, because it is doing this on ALL websites, making it unusable.
