MY suggestion is that Internet Explorer (Windows 8 Modern UI) retains amplification factor after user clicks on any hyperlink (exactly as it does in desktop version)

Otherwise, user has to do everything again, each time a hyperlink is clicked on.

For instance, open:

and amplify view area. In desktop version, clicking in any hyperlink, opens the item retaining the amplification fator. In Modern UI version, the amplification fator is reset 100%.
