Someone I do IT support for was having issues with Internet Explorer after a fresh Windows 7 64 bit Enterprise installation. Upon investigating, it seems that IE9 will not load web pages for prolonged periods of time, and will hang on the white screen until then. It also is generally buggy when trying to move around the browser.
Thinking that this must be because of the internet connection, I tried other browsers-- all of which acted correctly and gave me the speeds I expected (around 300ish Mbps download). I then tried running IE9 as admin and everything worked perfectly and how I would expect IE to work. Now, I'm not sure why it would be like this because I'm technically an admin already. I tried reverting back to IE8 and even IE7 and both gave me the exact same symptoms. I couldn't find any information about this exact issue outside of people having network issues, but this is not one of those. If anyone could help, I'd appreciate it!
