Environment: Windows Server 2003, all users at a non profit org.

Internet explorer 8, 9, 10

internet explorer is unable to load shop.septa.org

google chrome can on any computer on the network, but iexplorer says it cannot display the webpage.

I have done many of the basic troubleshooting steps, such as turning any tls or ssl settings on that were off, clearing out browser history, etc.

cause may be related to recent nameservers being changed by our web hosting company. (though google chrome displays the page without any issues) 

if theres any more info I can provide, please let me know. its had us at a impasse for a month or so now
