We recently deployed the MS13-008 Critical Security Update for Internet Explorer. Some of the techs are reporting back to me stating that after the patch was installed, Internet Explorer no longer works on some of the XP workstations. Users will open IE and get a blank white screen. The address bar, file menus and icons are all still visible at the top, but the main window is completely blank. The tab reports that it is "Connecting..."
The only solution we've found is to uninstall the patch, but then it gets redeployed the next day via SCCM. I do not want to remove it from the SCCM deployment, as it is required on our other 5000+ workstations.
I'm hoping that someone else has experienced this, and knows of a fix.
