APPCRASH IE8 IEFRAME.dll Windows 7 SP1

Hi guys

for some strange reason i am getting this error message when ever i try do things on a web page.

now these web pages need to use IE8 and wont work with higher or Chrome or Firefox, and this problem has only started happening today...
