I'm trying to figure this one out. Large downloads seem to get stuck at 99% and never finish. Generally I'm downloading the high-quality large videos from the Channel9 website. The first one will work but all successive ones will fail. I see this problem on every computer I've tried. They are all running Win 7 SP1 (some x86, most x64).
IE8 didn't do this. Any ideas on this?
