I have been using IE9 (on W7) InPrivate. The msn.com cookie appears, randomly. I delete it. It shows up again, randomly. I have not been able to reproduce a set of steps that will generate the cookie. It does appear, however.

All patches to everything imaginable are applied.
Adobe Flash is disabled.
No Java installed (and will never be).
www.msn.com is not being visited.
Third party cookies are blocked.
DOM store is disabled.
Only search engine is Bing.
No other browsers are installed.

So, any clues?
