an irritating problem with my Internet Explorer browser (I think) has been occuring. I did not have this propblem with Windows 7 (I still use that) for a long time and then I would go to click a Tim Berner's Lee HTML and it would say I don't have a browser, but I do and I was using the browser to click on a hyper LINK to nowhere. I spomehow got that fixed and now I am receiving message again saying I don't have a browser. This gave me a list of browsers I could use such as Google Chrome (no way that's going to happen) and oh yeah IE 9 is on the list. I do have a 32-bit and I think 64-bit Windows 7 O/S.
I owuld like to fix this, but I would also like to know why so that if and when it happens again, I will know what to do.
Sincerely,
Dennis Sullivan
