I'm sure it's an easy fix, but I haven't found it yet.
When we click on 'favorites' in IE9, the drop down has an empty favorites list. 'Add to favorites', etc. is there but where there should be 'favorites' it just says 'empty'. When we look in C:\users\'username', the favorites folder exists with all the stuff we put there. When we attempt to save an already existing website, we are presented with the 'already exists/overwrite' dialog. We can save new URLs but they also don't show up in the favorites 'list' in IE, although they save in the correct 'Favorites' folder. We've already tried moving the folders, deleting and re-copying to no avail. This has been an ongoing problem with the Vista machine.
Any suggestions?
