I've tried earlier suggestions i.e. internet explorer no add ons, but when I get to that screen it states "no add ons", don't understand what "E" and "E9" mean. I also unchecked " Don't save encrypted files to disk" with no effect. This problem has only
occured in the past few weeks and only in internet explorer, as with other contributors I can download attachments in Firefox.
