IE 10 proxy Setup for RAS connection.

Hi ,

I am working for RAS Dial up software. My dial-up software is setting up Proxy URL once dial-up completes. This feature working fine with Window7+IE9. In windows 8+ IE 10 it is setting the proxy in appropriate place in IE(i.e Seetings of MY dail-up connection). But while I am accessing any web resource IE does not take in consideration of the proxy setup in dial-up connection.

Not sure whether I need to set some thing else to make this scenario work for Windows 8+IE10.
