At the company I work for, we deploy a lot of laptops to incoming students. We just upgraded to some new HPs from our old Lenovos. When a student tries to get on the internet using the their account, IE9 does not work, and neither does IE8. However, when IE9 is given administrator rights or we are using an administrator account, IE9 works perfectly. I should also note, that other browsers work fine under the student accounts. I can't for the life of me figure out what is going on. I have disabled the Adobe Shockwave object, I have reset IE9 to defaults, I have made sure that software rendering is turned off.

EDIT 1: Uninstalling Adobe Flash player has solved the issue
Edit 2: I was able to successfully re-install Adobe and have it work correctly.
