IE 9 /MSN pop up keeps asking me to customize when it is customized

I suscribe to MSN, I use IE9 for homepage, my homepage is fine but I keep getting a pop up to customize my msn on the IE9 of my homepage, I need to keep clicking on the x to make it go away.
