How Do I Add Search Providers to IE9?

Actually two questions:

1. How do I add search providers to IE9 running on the desktop?

2. How do I add search providers to IE9 Metro?
Also is there anyway to get any of the Window components in IE9 Metro?  (i.e. Command bar, etc.)
