IE9 only prints first page of website

Hi

Since upgrading from IE8 to IE9, Print and Print Preview only render the first page of a multi page printout from our intranet site (Confluence).  The vendor has it logged as a known issue when using IE9: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-24574 but they're in no hurry to create a workaround for this IE9 printing bug. The page displays fine in browser but the browser fails to print correctly.  I have an example page in a zip I can send to recreate the problem.

Any hotfix for this issue?
