IE8 autocomplete address box problem

Hey all,

We have encountered a problem in IE8. For  new IE8 windows created from an existing window(clicking file->new window), the new window's autocomplete address bar drop down box has no response when clicking it (supposedly, it would pop up a list of previously visited sites URL). However, this problem doesn't exist in new tab pages (file->new tab page) and new session windows (file->new session)
