Change Internet Explorer Security setting in Registry

I am trying to find the registry key where I can change Internet Explorer v9 custom security setting to allow active scripting so that I can then export the reg file and email it to a couple of people who are using the exact same machine as I am, as active scripting is disabled on their computer and so they cannot access certain websites . How can this be done? Or can a abtch script be written for this? Many thanks
