I am experiencing the same issue as Inadee 99 with W7 64b SP1, IE9 v 9.0.8112.16421. I have reset Internet Options>General>Tabs>Settings> to my home page on several occasions, but IE9 reverts each time the pc is re-booted. The home page is correct, but every tab opened after that is "about blank".
The following anti virus/security software is installed (it was suggested to me that anti virus software may be causing the problem):
1. Norton Internet Security was preloaded on the pc, but has been disabled, as I am using;
2. AVG Internet Security 2013 together with its firewall;
3. Malwarebytes Anti Malware.
The same software was running (until recently) on my WXP SP3 pc with no problems at all.
Please help with this VERY frustrating problem.
