I have a problem with Internet Exporer which means that I get the following error message almost everytime I try and use it.

Can anyone help - I have seen similar issues in the forums but none of the solutions have been of any help to me.
I've run done disc clean up, defrag and error checking but still this persists.
Please help - I then get a message to say that Internet Explore encountered a problem and is checking for solutions - then I have to close it down.
I'm running Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9 - if that is of any relevance?
