Disable pop for save/open while downloading PDF extension in IE9

Hi,

We have delpoyed the IE9 in our emterprise network.

I would like to know is there any way I can disable save and open pop for intranet site in our domain.

I have tried to achive that by adding bleow registry

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\AttachmentExecute\{0002DF01-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}]
"FoxitReader.Document"=hex(0):

This is working fine for our sharepoint site but for other side it is still ask for save and open.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
