I have a single user who is running windows 7 Pro x64 bit that has tried to install IE10 twice and both times it installs, asks for a reboot, but when you go to open it you get the memory error seen in the screenshot below and you have to force close it. I tried disabling all add-ons and also opening IE10 in safe mode and I get the same result. Anyone else encounter this?
