Shortcut to IE10 executable ignores run as min/max window size.

Just noticed that IE10 ignores the window position if started from a .lnk (shortcut).

I have tested this on a Windows Server 2008 R2 With IE9. The shortcut to IE executable was opening IE fine (minimized) but when upgraded to IE 10 the shortcut will open the window in NORMAL mode. MIN and MAX won't affect the window anymore.
