I have a brand new PC with Windows 7/32 bit and IE 9. When I create an IE shortcut on my desktop, I am unable to get the link to work. When I try to open it, IE opens but the website does not open. I have read all of the different
suggestions on-line and none of them work. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
