My application is downloading htm files. For IE8 users the download acceptances choices are OPEN, SAVE and CANCEL. For IE10 users they are only SAVE and CANCEL. I know that there should be some effort (meta tag

to hide OPEN button. Application does not have it. What can be the reason for OPEN button to be hidden for IE 10 users considering that running code is the same for IE 8 and IE 10 users but PC/IE is not?
